As long as the $25 plan shows up as an option in your account, it is available for you. I don't think this is just a "glitch" since this option has been available for over a week. If they wanted to fix this they could have done it already. VM may be experimenting to see how many existing customers they can retain and new customers they can attract. I do not think they want to piss off customers now like Netflix did. Personally if it had not been this $25 plan, I would have gone with TMobile's $30 plan with 100 minutes voice.

I agree! I was seriously considering jumping to TMobile until this deal came around. I switched my Optimus V to the $25 plan and just bought an Optimus Elite for the wife. Great Deal!

If it were for new customers too (and not a glitch) don't you think they'd make it available when you activate? Right now you have to activate on the $35 plan, then go back in and switch to the $25 plan. Not exactly the easiest way to attract new customers when Average Joe won't know about it. Who signs up, doesn't apply a payment, then goes back in to look at plans when you just looked at them when you activated?
