I was sure they had cancelled my order

I received my order today. One women's pink polo (sizes run way too small!). I ordered a Large, intending to gift it to my MIL, but it actually fits me perfectly (I'm a Small). One pink hat. and my 2 umbrellas got cancelled. After unwrapping the shirt, I noticed it has several stains on the back, looks like someone splashed coffee all over the back. I've emailed customer service and will see what happens. Otherwise, they look nice. What was intended as a gift for a MIL that loves the color pink, will now be my Halloween costume to wear for trick-or-treating with my race car driver costumed son.

Even I got a shipping confirmation.

Guys, what does the charge on your card shows? Its been so many days and I cant seem to find the charge on any of my card!

I've received my package, it was only a t-shirt. WTF?

Confirmation email listed everything correctly though.

Did you receive an email from the Mercedes-Benz Accessories for the shipment? If so, was it showing all the items you've ordered?

Were you charged for those items? Most likely they are out of stock.

I wasn't charged at all.

I placed order for 2 white caps and 2 black caps, but I received only 2 white caps. The other 2 caps looks cancelled/back ordered per slip inside the package. I was charged only for 2 caps though.
BTW, caps looks nice quality made.

Just got my order at front porch. Just the T-shirt but not the coffee mug. I am still wondering whether Fedex just drop 1 package and taken another. My confirmation is correct with coffee mug. I am thinking better call them up before open the package.

same here but they cancelled everything except for the white cap :/

I just looked back on my confirmation email from Mercedes-Benz Accessories and they had listed everything I ordered (1 hat, 1 shirt, and 2 umbrellas) but the total amount on the email was only for the 1 shirt and 1 hat. I didn't even notice at the time that it didn't add up. When I received my order (complete, except for the 2 umbrellas) the packing slip noted that the 2 umbrellas had been "backorder cancelled" My card was only charged for the shipped items. The charge shows up as "GTW*SMART ACCESS".

Update: Their customer service is pretty good. I had emailed about the stained shirt and they replied that they would send out a new shirt at no cost to me! I don't even have to send them the stained shirt back. New shirt has already arrived, pretty satisfied.
