just to point this out, but even as a PE (professional engineer), if I get a DUI, license is gone, period, end of discussion. I am sure there are other legalities to it as well. I'm not condoning what happened to the Dr., but if, as a lowly PE, I have the "death penalty" treatment for an act unrelated to my profession, I'd imagine that things are similar if not worse for medical dr's.

to your point though, DUI is far worse IMHO than a verbal arguement in a store.

thanks for posting. I would have laughed except its sad. number 7, 8, and 9 claim that even though he could walk by without difficulty that he just walks up and pushes her for no reason at all. really? let me guess, this assault was not prsecuted because? right, cause its totally unbelievale thats why. of course, no proof is offered up, just some lame claim. don't like your doctor? have is license revoked by making any claim you want to teh medical board.
