Do you still have to pay for $0.99 per item or $3.99 per item for premium shipping?

Customers who sign up for the Program ("Program Members") are entitled to free standard shipping, $0.99 per item for Expedited shipping, and $3.99 per item for Premium shipping that are Eligible Purchases on the Sites for 3 months (discount on Expedited and Premium shipping is only available on Sears and Kmart products).

We'd hate to see you go, but if you decide to cancel your membership, you can cancel online or over the phone. To cancel online, go to the "Clubs" tab within "My Profile." To cancel by phone, call the Sears Customer Care Center (1-800-349-4358) or the Kmart Customer Care Center (1-866-562-7848).

Wonder if this offer is going to be around for a while? I would rather wait 2-3 weeks to sign up so that it will last through the Christmas shopping season, but don't want to wait too long and miss it. Decisions, decisions
