this is not the top commercial EZ-UP that they sell which is the Enterprise,
, but its also 52 pounds so its not one of the lightweight ones either.

And no wind flaps in the top to let the extra air out of the top and help them not being a kite as easy,
the Quik Shades has these wind flaps but the new ones do not.

This type of canopy will FLY and really hurt people and property , you need to tie them down or use weights ,

This is a good price for a decent canopy , that can be used for years,

Sierra II has shaded area of 64 SQ. Ft. where are EZ UP has 100 Sq. ft... Depends on your needs, but 10x10 doesn't necessarily mean coverage of 100 sq. ft...

I can't tell for sure, but this looks like it doesn't have the liner inside the canopy. If it doesn't, then it's horrible for keeping the heat off of you. It doesn't do more than add a little shade, the heat comes right through the canopy without the reflective liner on the inside. While it's more heavy duty, it doesn't do much for your comfort on a sunny day, I will never buy another canopy without the liner, they really are useless.

We have a couple of these (not sure if it is the exact same model, but very similar style) at work. The reviews that are negative state that it holds water and causes it to collapse... While I wouldn't doubt that it is possible (it's possible with just about any pop-up canopy I have seen), he have never had a problem with them collecting water and collapsing.
The other bad reviews were for people that didn't read the description very well... The description states that there are accessories like walls, etc. for that model. People thought that they were getting the sides with their purchase. Granted, if you just quickly read the description, it looks like they come with the purchase. But if you did some research (like on E-Z Up's website) you would see that it is an accessory for purchase, not included in what you were buying on Amazon.
An additional point to be made, which was also made in the comments to some of the negative reviews... There are competitors with very similarly named products... Like "Easy Up" and "First Up". People may have been thinking that they purchased an E-Z Up and submitted a review for a different product brand like "Easy Up".
