I got two H420 with pentium G620-G630 4gb ram 500-1tb hdd
$331 after tax total (avg $165 each) suppose to be scratch&dent units, but it came to me as good as new. |

Received the H420 7752Xf1 I ordered, everything looks fine except the hard drive is only 500GB instead of the claimed 1.5TB.
http://outlet.lenovo.com/outlet_u...E59569CDAC I'm willing to keep it if they offer a partial refund, but after spending 1.5 hr over the phone and repeating my story 6 times to 6 different CSRs (Why can't they put note in their system?!), the only option I was offered is to return for a full refund. Time has been wasted on upgrading Windows and installing software, talking to CSR and returning the item. |
