man, some reports are dividend funds, etfs have run their course, that's too late to get in them if you didnt get in them at the beginning of 2012 if not further back... but, with bank account and money market accounts giving you crap for so many years, they dont have much lower to drop, and they are gonna stay there for the next 3 yrs lol minimum... the only place to get some return would be to get into high dividend stock or dividen funds, etfs.... think there's a bubble in these sectors? i dont mind buying into them for the dividends they give, i do mind if their market value tanks in the next 24 months.

Look at Google, Linkedin, Amazon. They are valued differently than McDonald & Mastercard. Last edited by kyotuosa; 09-17-2012 at 04:05 PM.. |

Users on Facebook are the product. Clients are the advertisers who pay money (yes, actual money) to reach the audience. Are you a "client" of NBC/ABC/FOX/CBS? Are you a "client" of the NTY, WSJ, etc.? Are you a "client" of Facebook? The answers to all of the above are the same. |

Now you'll have to excuse me, I'm an important ESPN client and I'm watching Manning getting rocked.

In the not too distant future, I'd be willing to bet you'll hear more "damn, I missed FB" whining after it sends the rest of the shorts sprinting to the exit. |

From Merriam webster: Definition of TOXIC
|

Then I asked "toxic in what way?" while when facebook [company] is toxic is used and defined http://slickdeals.net/?sdtid=5161...y-toxic%2F the article also contains the explanation of toxic asset which apparently you haven't read or can't comprehend. The end result is claiming I am "saying something different" 5 posts later, you post " It's toxic in how it has treated public investors thus far. " So to make your definition work it should have been, Facebook is toxic to the intial investors who bought the shares. NOT Facebook is toxic which would refer to their company/asset would is actually toxic - worthless. Hence you are making your own definition by writing incomplete sentences. Lets entertain the idea that using definition 3, Facebook is extremely harsh, malicious, or harmful? WTF does that even mean? It could only work if you said Facebook is extremely harsh, malicious, or harmful to the intial investor, while you never did till 6 posts later. Again, one could only assume you are saying the company is toxic. Last edited by kyotuosa; 09-17-2012 at 09:17 PM.. |
