Agree. So far I'm very impressed with the new ASRock 990FX Fatal1ty board I just picked up. Better LAN (Broadcom) than the ASUS, and OC'ing is SUPER easy. Test out the OC with AMD Overdrive utility, then lock in your OC in the BIOS. Plus, Newegg has a lot of nice combo discounts with the ASRock.
I wouldn't buy this to shove Dozer or Driver in. Asus cripples them. Moving from this MOBO to an ASRock of similar cost got me some major improvements even at stock clocks.
I've seen people have good luck with it, but the slot spacing is terrible. If you have one pci card you can forget about using more of the pci-e slots efficiently (like xfire).
The Asrock 900fx is solid. Good OC options and I haven't had one hardware crash since I set it up (many months ago).
For reference (if anyone cares haha), I have it paired with an OCed 8120, 7950, 16 gigs of ram and xonar D2 (brainbit drivers).
