Well it appears the deal has dropped to 15% off, and the coupon "LIVEGREEN" is working again. For some reason, the two combined fall just short of 25% off.

6 weeks? I think it's time that you contact them and find out what the problem is. You really should've received it by now.

More like almost 2 months. Still have not received mine. I sent an e-mail and this is what they replied back on 11/5/12.

Hello. We have just received news that has put the Hydro Flask on continued back order until an estimate of Feb. 2013. There seems to be some issues with the manufacturing of the bottles. Over 400 Hydro Flask orders have shipped and been filled. If you received a partial orders those bottles are ok, it is just the newest shipment that has come in from what we are told. If you are receiving this email your order is not one of the orders that were shipped and we cannot apologize enough. In the next week we will be cancelling outstanding orders. Your business and patience has been at the utmost importance and it is embarrassing for us to continue to get updates that do not come to fruition. You will receive an additional email when you order is cancelled out of our system. Thank you and once again we are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I never got that email, and have never been updated. Told them they have until Friday or I am sending a chargeback.

I never got my money back, even though the order status on their website shows that I had been refunded. I emailed them numerous times, and got no response. I finally found a phone number, but it rings endlessly. I was forced to open a transaction dispute with BoA. While I temporarily got my $24.09 back, there's a chance that the dispute won't go through, because they only cover cases that were opened within 30 days of the purchase. Luckily they made an exception to open a case, but I could still end up getting screwed. Needless to say, stay away from this retailer!

anyone has their phone number? I think they scam people and pretend to back order to prolong the waiting so no one calls his/her credit card to get the money back. After 60 days, credit card companies usually can't do anything. Now if you click on their web site, it switches to Amazon.

I did a little research, and found that the "company" is/was owned by by Cliff and Jamie Lundsford.
