Walgreens Shoppers: New Balance Rewards Program (In-Store & Online Beginning 9/16) ENROLL NOW ONLINE-earn for store/online purchases

I appreciate that you feel the need to talk down to and insult me to prop yourself up, but I was only giving my opinion.

Now to give you some facts.

Signing up for this card requires WAY more personal information than I would be comfortable sharing with a random corporation. They will be able to track all of your shopping habits, and restrict all of your purchases on any of the sale items.

This will cripple those who often want to buy one or two extra of something on sale over the limit. (It's not usually a big deal, but now it will require manager approval.)

From the above logic, we can gather it will severely cripple the purchase of multiple Register Reward items, as well as the 'waterfall' effect of buying and swapping the rewards from one item to the other.

Those are slickdeals, getting tons of items free, or near free, some even making you money.

Taking all of that away to get nearly meaningless points is not slick, but you can enjoy your downgrade.

Walgreens did not do this to benefit the customer, think that over.



You will not be able to get sale prices without this card starting at the end of September. If you want a decent price on anything you will have to be tracked and give all your personal info to the corporation.
