Final Value Fee on Shipping is still charged going by the invoice when I last did this promo. Better make shipping free and move that cost to the item price.

No it's not. The FVF is not charged. Period.
The last time I did this (3 weeks ago) my auction ended at $430 +$25 shipping.I was charged for adding a subtitle. That's it.

FVF is charged on Shipping. Maybe I had a different offer?

Maybe your ebay offer was diffenent one. Try avoid to generalize. This is my invoice.

I listed my iphone 4s using the mobile app and yes I did get the eBay promotion email and when I go to upload piks and confirm the auction I get a popup that says there is a final value fee if item is sold should I be worried or just ignore it ? I listed as auction style with reserve price

You don't need to worry about it. When I listed my item, I saw it too...But at the end, I was not charged a FVF.

You are correct. They DO charge FVF on shipping. I wonder why I wasn't charged. Strange.

I turned on message notifications for special offers this morning. Will I be able to.get the offer still or is by blind luck/chance that I'll receive one. I want to sell my iPhone 4s asap

I got this promotion in my message box in ebay. Can I sell a Gift Card to be elible as long as I list it auction style by September 16th on my phone?

Anybody having any issues signing in to the mobile app right now? I cant sign in on my android or friends iphone.

Make the listing on PC and then save it as template and then go to Ebay mobile and go find that template and then list it.

I listed before and edited in PC but I wasn't trying to take advantage of the free FVF offer.
