Yes. You're right actually, but the Toshiba 2Xnm Toggle is still faster than the M5S in low QD (1-4) 4k read/write speeds. That's all I care about. Also, my Plextor rebates all arrived within a month, and I don't live paycheck to paycheck, so it's not really a downer

Plextor has officially ended production of the M3 Drives.
Watch for more online Sellers to close out price these Drives as
they replace Inventory with the M5. IMHO the M3 is superior and
cost more than the M3 to manufacture.
TD & NCIX are already sold out so start watching other Sites who stock this Drive.

I called about this back in February and the rep told me me they needed the one in the middle of the box. I decided to send in all three (two UPCs & barcode on the top with the serial number), just to be sure, and received my rebate checks.
This was before they were sending out cards.

Rebate denied due to rebate form being incomplete. I am resubmitting all the paperwork by fax and snail mail one more time.

tried to fax and e-mail and those links were dead for me. Snail mailed another copy and will call again Monday. Very sneaky operation as their e-mail for contact service does not work and the fax was dead. Next thing is to send a certified letter. Last time for rebates for me. They hope to wear you out so you will give up!
