1.
HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win the Grand Prize trip for four to winner’s choice of LEGOLAND® Florida Park OR LEGOLAND® California Park. Beginning 12:00:00 (start of day) ET on 9/2/12, visit www.LEGOLAND.com/2012LEGOLANDParks and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the sweepstakes. If entrant is under 18, consent of a parent/legal guardian will be required in order to enter. An email will be sent to the parent/legal guardian who must follow the instructions in order to provide permission for the entrant to enter. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/27/12. A person can use only one email address to enter. Limit one entry per email address per day. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding AK and HI) and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry. Parent or legal guardian consent required if entrant is under 18 years of age. Employees of Merlin Entertainments Group Florida, LLC, LEGOLAND California, LLC, LEGO Systems, Inc., Target Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in AK, HI and where prohibited by law.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 10/31/12 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. MANY WILL ENTER; ONLY ONE WILL WIN A PRIZE.

PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and three guests to winner’s choice of (A) LEGOLAND® Florida Park OR (B) LEGOLAND®California Park. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 3-nights hotel accommodations (1 room, quad occupancy), (4) 2-day admission tickets to the park and a LEGOLAND Miniland tour with a LEGO® Master Builder. Winner will also receive a $200 LEGOLAND® gift card and a Miniland LEGO®model of winner and guests in front of LEGOLAND® entrance banner. Approximate Retail Value: $3,650. The actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return and dates of travel. If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 200 mile radius of winner’s selected LEGOLAND® Park (in Sponsors’ sole discretion), winner will receive $350 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation. Tour with a LEGO® Master Builder is subject to scheduling/availability and is at discretion of Sponsors; there is no monetary value associated with tour or model portion of the prize. LEGOLAND® gift card is subject to gift card terms and conditions and is not valid for purchases at LEGO® stores, shop.LEGO.com, or for LEGO® catalog purchases. Winner and guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, baggage fees, upgraded room accommodations, gratuities, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents or admission tickets. Winner will be required to provide state and federal tax reporting information as a condition of prize award. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

GENERAL RULES: The sweepstakes will be advertised on various partner websites, including but not limited to Target.com/lego. Links to the sweepstakes advertising on partner sites may include QR code links; data rates may apply for participation via a web-enabled mobile device; participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) should check with his/her wireless service provider on these or any other applicable charges. Potential Grand Prize winner (and parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be notified by mail/overnight delivery. Traveling companions (and parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 10 days of winner’s attempted notification. If winner is a minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as one of the winner’s guests. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will also count as one of the winner’s guests. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Travel must be completed within one year of notification. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsors suspect that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Entrants/winner (and parent/legal guardian if entrant/winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors and their agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including publication in a winner list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

Sponsors assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsors/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

WINNER: For the name of the winner, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope to: 2012 LEGOLAND® Parks Sweepstakes Winner, Department S, P.O. Box 5700, Blair, NE 68009, to be received by 11/19/12. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
