It is very thin metal and it requires a center bar to lock it up . Gonna use it for drawer storage on a work bench . otherwise ,i would have taken it back .

Do not allow your wallet & greed to blur reality. Junk is still junk regardless of price. Sometimes, it's best to grab a beer and chill out.
