Pretty good price for this router, even though it's a bit older. I have the older one (revision A) and it's been rock solid for over 2 years now, I can count the number of times I've had to reboot it on one hand. However, unless it's the new hardware version (revision B) that supports IPv6, I'd probably pass on it, unless you don't care about future proofing. The 1 year extra warranty is a plus though, especially since it's a refurb.

$30 is a reasonable price for this router. This model has a good reputation, but doesn't deserve to command much more than this sale price even for a non-refurbished one.

It seems that if you got one that turns on, people love it, else, bleahhh.
