I prefer not to pull scams for my deals. It's obviously not the intent of the price match policy for them to price match AND take a $25 coupon. If you're okay with abusing the system then go for it.

Did it work?...I could REALLY use this but Idk where to get the 25 off 75...

For those who do not already have a coupon (I would imagine that would be most people), you may want to add the cost of the coupon to the final cost of this deal.

Not all representatives will allow you to price match if you've used a coupon, but you'll eventually come across one who will let you do that.

How do you know what staples "intent" is?

It's obviously under their mission statement. The intention is likely "make money." Oh, and to make it "easy," of course.

I am normally against scams and tricks such as this but if Staples could charge $70 for a 32GB Sd card they have it coming to them. I'm sure they suckered some non-tech savvy customers into paying that price.

I used to think that way too. As a matter of fact when I call for the price match, I always tell them I used the 25 off 75 coupon and ask politely if it still applies. I have done this 3 times and the rep always says sure, no problem. If they had said no, I would probably have absolutely no problem with it as it seems to be a reasonable deal and, like you said, not the original intent of the coupon. But they always say no problem and who am I to argue with them.

I absolutely love Staples and spend a lot of money there even though they are 8 times further away from my house than office depot and office max.

EDIT: Just finished ordering then chatting with rep. She gave me full credit and when I mentioned coupon she said "no problem, that can remain." I also ordered water too as we can always use that and as a filler it fit nearly perfectly.

I know a co-worker who just bought a 32GB SDHC card (I believe it was class 4) for $49.99 before taxes. He walked into a local store, bought the cheapest card they had (imagine that more expensive ones!), and left, thinking it was at least a decent deal.

I agree with you .. few weeks back one of my colleague bought a 2gb class 2 card for his phone for 8.99 from them.. thinking it was a decent deal.. lol
