I received the letter as well. I would not purchase another of their product again. It a very bad business practice and are they trying to rip us off on the rebate?
It is frustrating to receive a rejection. I wonder if they are intentionally losing the UPC barcodes and using that as an excuse to reject the submission.
Anyway, use the resubmission form to submit it again with the photocopy of your UPC barcode. (hopefully, you made a photocopy of everything.....as you should for all rebate submissions!). They will probably keep rejecting it. Wait 2 weeks, and then go to the website to check your status, then send them a polite, but stern email demanding that you qualify for the rebate. I think if you do all the things I mentioned, you should get it...since that is my experience for this rebate. (They rejected my resubmission until I sent them a note via their website).
