AMEX Prepaid Gift Card - NO FEE + FREE SHIPPING
As long as you don't care what your gift card says (or you really like Diwali), there's a fee-free/free shipping option on the Amex Prepaid Gift Card site. Just:
1) Go to https://www311.americanexpress.com/BOLWeb/bolfeOrder.do?request_type=orderProduct&promotion=ACP&program=ACPWEB&selleracctnbr=6430098999I&intlink=GC:hm

2) Choose the Diwali card (on the bottom row). To get free shipping, you'll need to choose an amount of $100 or less. (If you choose the $200 card, you'll be required to choose expedited UPS shipping, and will pay $3, which is still a good deal if you want it quick. Otherwise, get two $100 cards in separate transactions).
3) Enter one of the promo codes for free shipping: DSGRAD or AFLQ32012
4) Get your fee-free, free-shipping card delivered by your friendly US postal service
