This is just how bad they price refurbish TV's on their website...

They have a better model tv and LED lesser price than the LCD tv and both are same size, take a look for yourself..

I just got an email were BBB is turning my complaint over to Walmart I filed the complaint at least 2 1/2 weeks ago. Guess if walmart offers giftcard i will take it and run

They have until friday to contact me, so they are cutting it pretty close at this point according to the BBB

What happens if they don't respond to the complaint?

i am on the phone with walmart rep. she offers me $50 gift card

My rep won't budge off 35$ gift card

Finally my BBB complaint came through. Got a $50 gift card (in addition to the $20 gift card I initially received after chatting to a supervisor at online support right after my order got cancelled). I also still have the note on my account guaranteeing a price match should the item ever come back in stock (not getting my hopes up).

Filed BBB complaint - received missed call from Walmart - received email from Walmart offering addl $10 gift card or $50 off TV - wrote email back rejecting offer (made a good case as to why) - received phone call following day - was asked what I find acceptable - settled for $50 gift card (asked for the $50 off TV purchase in form of gift card instead)

Would have preferred the TV less all the hassle but $70 store credit is adequate compensation in my opinion.

i never shop at walmart, this GC is pretty much useless. this tv would have been the first purchase from me since 2008 when i bought an xbox 360 over there because of thier favorable return policies.....

Got a call back from the BB today. i got the $75 gift card i asked for in the BBB case. the lady was extremely nice and it was great to hear from a department that could offer more then 10% off a TV. I don't blame the customer service people as much as i blame no one calling back or notating anything right. I had to have them refer back to previous calls i made over 4 times in the last 2 months. In the end i was very happy. I convinced someone to use my giftcard and they paid me cash. I'm now $75 richer for anywhere i want to spend it

The eGift card works in store too. You just need to print it so they can scan the bar code. I'm not quite sure what the benefits of having a physical card are, just makes it harder to loose IMO.

I got the physical card too, just didn't want to mess with ecard. I should have it by 10/22. had to hold out, they really didn't want to give me more than 35.00

they even went so far to say that "everyone else settled for a 25.00 card".

fine. They actually owe me a tv - which I wouldn't even bother with except they posted it online and then put it "in stores only" at 350. They should have filled the orders. They simply didn't want to sell them at that low price.

I'll take the 50 but really wish I had gotten the tv.

I agreed to take the $50 gift card because I was just getting madder the longer I was on the phone listening to the rep's complete bullshit. She indicated only a few TVs were cancelled, that plenty received their TVs and made it sound like they couldn't do something as simple and obvious as wait to charge for a warranty until the TV ships.

Anyone have a screen shot from when they started selling this TV again for more money?

I was offered a $25 e-gift card or $50 off a different TV. I tried to push for a $50 GC but they wouldn't budge so I took the $25. I'm ready to close this chapter.
