I've been watching for trimmer deals. This one looks like it is either great or terrible from the reviews.

Seems like some people just don't know how to use a gas trimmer. If you store it vertically you can flood the carb, etc.

I may order me one once I get home from work since I need one.

been waiting for a trimmer deal all summer.. finally broke down and bought one least week.. figures a deal would come along shortly after.

i bought the yellow one (PP125)earlier in the year and the sucker is heavy and finding the thick string sucks at home depot...the worst part is that you have to replace the string after 10-15minutes due to it not being a bump and go feed. It becomes short after 10 minutes or so. However, other than that, the engine is easy to start up and decent power.

I'm going to see what the generic head is like on this unit that I just ordered and go from there. I recently moved to New Mexico and all I have is a "back yard" which is pretty much dead grass currently and weeds. I'm not even buying a lawn mower and I'm just going to use the weed wacker. I could care less if its uneven, but this will be cheaper than buying a mower and weed wacker. I'm running the sprinklers now so maybe a yard will come back...but for now this should work.

They actually have generic bump n go heads at home depot that the sales guy said should work on all trimmers, but i'm wary of those...but i guess i could return it if it doesn't work. There is a bump n go head for the Poulan Pro(similar model like mine) though curved shaft at Walmart, but they don't sell it separately. You have to buy the entire trimmer. Not sure why they don't sell the bump n go separately too. Just stupid.
