Im not exactly sure on file types, but my LG 32LK330 has been able to play pretty much everything I've thrown at it. I actually did a lot of research of budget tvs and USB file types and most can only do music and pictures.

You need fast response for games. Dont need fast response for watching vid and surfing.

They were saying that people think that this TV can't view in 1080P. The only reason that they think that is that they see what the TV says when they are watching TV and it says 1080i. With the right source, this will play in 1080P, that is all this person was saying.

I'm with you. I download movies and play them on the computer with the TV as a monitor. A 700MB 1.5 hr movie looks great to me. I own a PS3 and have a BLURAY player in one of my home computers and this laptop but own no BLURAY disks. I have all my movies and series on the hard drive and don't have to look around for a movie, insert the disk, start the movie, get to the main movie title screen, start the movie, then think 'This movie sucks and then start all over with another movie!!! Just click the movie file and here we go!! I am more into the sound. A good $200 Pioneer 5.1 receiver with 2 older but very nice Fisher speakers ($40.00 at a flea market) and a nice 12" Sony woofer (about $120 on sale) and I am ready to go!!! You don't need to spend $2000-$3000 on a sound system unless you just want to show off. I don't own a theatre and don't need a HUGE system.

I am saying the people reviewing it were talking out of their asses. They never got 1080p, because they had nothing capable of producing a 1080p image. Do any of the networks broadcast in 1080p? That was my point.

If you buy it and don't like it, Walmart will give you a full refund including the warranty costs. I wouldn't buy a TV anywhere else but Walmart and maybe Amazon. Some won't return it without a charge even if it has a pixel defects in the screen. I believe NEWEGG (which I love and shop at a lot) says it has to have 4 or more bad pixels before you return it for a full refund. This is what I have heard. If someone has better info, please correct this.

Quantum View, eh? Did they just directly steal that name from UPS? I wonder if you'll get a Quantum View notification when it ships.

I have that Mount and it works great for my 42" plasma.

I think others like VISA also have some buyer protection. Very happy with AMEX, GOLD deal here last year, nearly $1500 in BONUS points and no fee.
