Just finished with C4 and is looking for a new pWO. Anyone can compare the two? And any suggestion on how long i should wait before i jumped on a new one? Im trying to cycle.

Alright, I'm gonna try this stuff. But is the best deal? I don't really need the shaker bottle....

Any pre-workouts that don't make you have to visit the bathroom in 15 minutes (and then again in another 15)? It's kind of counterproductive to gaining muscle if I'm forced to lose 2 lbs before every workout.

I should add that it's Jack3d and C4 that do this to me. Possibly the caffeine?

May pick some up when I need some more OEP.

Was really disappointed with jack3d... i got absolutely no kick from it...1.m.r wakes me up and gives me all the energy I need to get through a workout.

In terms of running to the bio, this was one of the few that didn't do it to me. Which is why i took it soo often, that and the great feeling of the beta-alinine rush! Biggest culprit of "gym fear" aka diarrhea was N.O. Xplode, and Muscle Pharm Assault, I think it's the ingredient plethora.

I din't believe that be possible but its true my dad who is 60, tried it and he din't feel nothing.
I bought 2 1.M.R tubs and got one free and for some reason it din't do nothing to me, so I had to return them to BB.com

another thing is, Jack3d doesn't work for me if I take it on a full stomach but craze will work no matter if you take it on empty or full
