I'm not sure if the rebate would be fulfilled for this specific package.

This model might not qualify for the rebate (It was stated so explicitly on the rebate form last time but no so now). Read the comment about this model in Target.com

My feelings exactly....maybe it shows up in non-retail (eg. dental office promo) packaging, without a valid UPC?

Either way, the price is interesting, and I have PP rebate cards to use up...so thanks for finding this, OP!

I tried calling the phone #1-855-641-9038 on the rebate form but they are closed on the weekend and this is a daily deal @ Target. But look at this, shows the model w/ the same rebate

HERE IS THE SAME TOOTHBRUSH (Professional Care 3000/8850) THAT SAYS TO USE THE SAME REBATE (looks like box says professional care 3000) I don't know- Wish they were open and I could call.

Worse case, order it now at the daily deal price, and if you discover during the week that the MIR won't work, you can always return it to store if you wanted to (unused, of course!).

I just found the thread for that deal. Unfortunately, the rebate is not valid for this model, per the Wiki.

This rebate form explicitly states the 8850 isn't included. Still, I have had this model for a week as my first "professional" electric toothbrush and love it! Goes great with the Groupalicious deal $19 for 12 oral-B compatible brush heads

If the rebate works it is a great deal... if not it is a good deal considering these are at Costco, in a two pack (2 brushes, two chargers), for $99 right now. I got mine for $89 a while back... and with Costco, no rebate to deal with.

The 3000 and 8850 are two different models:
