Anker Astro2 8400mAh Backup External Battery Pack with Dual USB Output & Output 5V 1A/2A - $35 shipped

This has been some of the worst support I've received from a vendor. I will refusing delivery of this item with UPS and requesting a refund.

I ordered well within your delivery time frame and it's still going to miss delivery before my trip - and here is the kicker - by a DAY. I had sent inquiry "4" days ago - had an effort been made to ship out package at that time even a day earlier, (which means it would have made it just within your delivery time frame of 10 business days) it would have already been delivered as it only takes 2 days to my location from originating location.

I ordered the item from Amazon instead on Wednesday and it will be getting here today. Yes I paid $10 more but I can actually use the item for its intended purpose on my 2 week long trip.

In the order confirmation email I received, it said that I could check the full details of my order by following the link at the bottom, but it just takes me to my account page. I did not have an account when I purchased the item. I've since created an account with same email address, but the item does not show up under order history. Thanks for the tracking number. Where does the order ship from? I'm hoping to get the item by this Friday 9/28 which is exactly 10 business days from order as I am traveling on Saturday for two weeks and needed the adapter for the trip.

I checked the tracking number but there has been no update since 9/19 that the label has been created.

Interesting...I looked at the Anker website. It does not list the ipad as a compatible item. It does list their laptop line as being comparable to ibook, macboook, macbook 13inch, powerbook, powerbook g4 12 inch and powerbook g4 15 inch. Apple phone is not listed on their list of cellphone line compatibles at all.

I have this unit and yes it does charge the iPad and iPhone and other tablets and phones. I currently have the Samsung Note and it is a battery drain so I am always connecting it to have it charged. Great gift idea and it is small enough to carry around.
