Darn. I've wanted one for a while. It was very tempting at $199. At $149, it's a go. Sadly most Kmarts turned into Kohl's where I live.

Man good price.... I said I'd jump at $199, but decided to wait. Now it can be had for $149. Wow. Think I'm pushing it waiting for it to drop to $99?
There's really no demand for it and it dropped from $500 to this price in less than a year... |

OK. Do not buy this at Kmart. Keep them in stock for PMing. I found one in stock at a local Kmart and my local Best Buy is trying to PM over the phone as I type. So keep it in stock at Kmart since Best Buy will PM.

How would this be for a HD PC monitor? I just caved and upgraded my graphics card to the geforce 670 and now I need to upgrade my monitor. I would like to have 3D and this seems to me to be a great price for what you get. 240HZ refresh rate also... any opinions welcome.

I would just advise that you get an additional warranty for this monitor with all the bad [user] reviews it has been given in the past. Perhaps $27 at Squaretrade?
