Error message when try to update HP printer
Received notification need to do a HP printer software update.Whe try get, Can not contact to content url/default content. Have tried with IE and Chrome, same result. Even tried using Find and Fix Common Printer Problems Using HP Diagnostic Tools as suggested online but did not work. Asked to allow download of find and fix tools and allowed. Problem continues. Do not see anywhere that fire wall is interfering. Seems like it could be a problem on their end? Anyone familiar with this issue? Using Windows 7. Appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks. |

Go to HP's website and download the latest full solution for your printer.
Uninstall the old HP software. Reinstall with the new HP software. If you get that notification thereafter then you have an issue. |
