Until today I still don't have my tickets
They keep saying it's delayed and then you have to wait... then it doesn't come and then it's the same vicious cycle all over. Seriously annoying!

As of yesterday, still not tickets. Next time someone posts a deal from them for tickets, they should place a warning under the header stating that you might have a to wait a long time to get them.

Got mine yesterday, says tickets were shipped on the 5th, purchased on the 20th of Sept.

got mine yesterday as well! the invoice says shipped 10/4, but actual postage on the letter says 10/9. purchased on 9/18. keep checking that mailbox =)

FINALLY got it. I bought it 9/18, over 2 weeks for them to mail it... seriously? they mailed it on 10-9 and I received it 10-13
Wow, it only took like total of 3 weeks... could they have been any faster? |

Me neither, I called them today and was told my order is still PROCESSING?? At this point I no longer want to wait for something that will never arrive so I requested the order canceled. I was told by the CSR that she will "try" to cancel it, but it is not guaranteed. That made me even more upset so I just went ahead and filed a dispute with my cc company.
