2012 - 2013 New Car sales

I am looking for a New sedan Cars and wanted to check whats the lowest prices the dealers coming down to.

It will help me and others who are looking for New cars if anyone can list out what car you purchased and how much it costed you, I can compare the options which are available for me.

Get a Costco card and go through their car buying program. Then take lowest offer to other dealers and ask them to beat it by $250

You're question is SO vague. A "new sedan" could be anything from a Ford Focus to a BMW 760Li. Obviously, in different price brackets, the car is going to have a different discount. You may only get $600 off of a Corolla, but $6,000 off of a Mercedes S-Class. Even with direct competitors, like the Taurus vs Camry vs Accord, you're going to get different discounts. Heck, even with the same car, you're going to get different discounts. The Accord, for example, can range from being a $21,000 car to a $37,000 car, depending on trim and options.

Your best bet is to decide what car you want, and then go to the Edmunds.com specific forum, and see the prices paid discussions.

The best deals are probably going to be on a leftover 2012 car where the 2013 model is redone for the new model year. Other than that, I need more info.

This is what I'm actually looking into. Probably won't be able to purchase until late December, but do you think it'd be possible to get a higher end '12 Accord or Altima for the price of the base(r) model 2013's?

I don't know about December, but I bought a 1995 car in October 1995 and I have no idea if you can wait until December unless you aren't picky.
