MMmm - I sent my inquiry Saturday afternoon - this afternoon they responded with 1/2 refund - which I accepted and they already posted to PayPal... Didn't offer the second pack which I probably would have gone with but I assumed this was cleanest. Good Seller. Quick response & follow up action. |

I too, was one of the few, if not, many, who just sent a message to the dealer and they responded back by offering half price refund. They then immediately refunded $4.48 to my PayPal. So I didn't have to file a dispute. Also, it appears that mobile eBay version as last night still had a cached version of the old listing. I took screenshots of the listing in case there was a dispute requiring evidence. I can attach if needed later on tonight.

Got offered 1/2 refund and I replied that I have a 4 door and need all 4. lets see what happens.

They offered 1/2 refund, but I said I wanted another kit and they shipped it. Good service. I understand that mistakes happen, but its how the seller responds that is most important. Even the 1/2 refund is a viable option if they refused to send out another kit. They'll defintely get positive feedback from me once I receive the 2nd kit.

I uploaded a couple of screen shots from mobile eBay website for the auction. It was cached on my phone, so I thought it might be of use for someone if they had to dispute.
