Please let them be cases not cans! I'm crossing my fingers but feel doubtful. Please let us know what you end up receiving.

They have done it before...and it has anyways been cans. Odd they send them via UPS for one can....but maybe that's their default shipping service...idk. |

I don't know why this company keep doing this! Last time I ordered 8 and it was actually 8 CANS! Had to call and complain so they refunded the money and I got to keep the cans for free.

Yeah they do this all the damn time. You'd think losing money on shipping and the items would stop this mess. Oh well...

Got 12 cans of the Pate for 0.89 when this was on sale last time. My cat loved it, only downer was that it didn't settle well in his stomach-....had some vomiting problems. Oh well.

You won't get a case. You will get 1. You will most likely get to keep that "1" if you complain.
I order 12 cases last time, because thats how many I needed. I got 12 can's and a refund saying I could keep what they had shipped. FWIW cats don't like this. At all. They eat it grudgingly if it's all I offer

I'll join the crowd.. bought 4 cases last time and got 4 cans, and people were posting the same thing then, that is, you'll get cans, not 12-packs. So, that's at least 3 times that I'm aware of (including this one) that they have done this .. beginning to think it's on purpose to drum up more name recognition or something?

My cat hated this stuff when it was on sale at the pet store, and she'll scarf down any canned food.
