Nestle Toll House Ultimates Cookie Swap Sweepstakes ~ 11/19/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 19, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

How to Participate:

P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

Entry into the Sweepstakes: To enter the Sweepstakes, you will need to participate in the TOLL HOUSE Cookie Swap Game by sending virtual cookies to others, who must accept before you are credited for the transaction. By having your gift of Cookies accepted, you will earn virtual
tickets that you can use to enter the Sweepstakes, and you will progress through the three (3) levels of the Game. Each Level has a different prize attached to it.

To begin play, after you’ve registered, you will see a “Cookie Jar” on your game play screen, which will display the number of virtual Cookies you have to gift. Upon your registration, your Cookie Jar will contain six (6) Cookies. Then, proceed through the following steps:
 Step 1) A player takes a Cookie from his/her Cookie Jar and gifts it to another person who is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes (the "Giftee");
 Step 2) The Giftee accepts the gift of the Cookie, and it is added to the Giftee’s Cookie Jar. Once the Giftee accepts the Cookie, the player will earn one (1) Ticket. You may only gift a Cookie to the same Giftee one (1) time per day and up to four (4) times during the Promotion Period.

To move from Level 0 to Level 1, you must have earned three (3) Tickets; to move from Level 1 to Level 2, you must have earned six (6) total Tickets, three in each level, and to move from Level 2 to Level 3, you must have earned nine (9) total Tickets. You must meet the minimum required number of Tickets at each Level to be able to be eligible to use your Tickets to enter the prize pool for that Level.

To enter the Sweepstakes, you may allocate any or all of the Tickets you have earned into any of the Level prize pools you have unlocked. PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE NOT ENTERED INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES UNTIL YOU MANUALLY ENTER YOUR TICKETS INTO YOUR CHOICE (OR CHOICES) OF LEVEL PRIZE POOL(S). Once you unlock a Level prize pool, you may allocate any or all of the Tickets you have earned into Sweepstakes entries for the Level prize pool unlocked, or you can bank Tickets to use for Sweepstakes entries for future Level prize pools unlocked.
Once a Ticket has been allocated to a specific Level prize pool, you will not be able to change that Ticket allocation.

Earning Cookies: Upon your registration, you will be provided six (6) virtual Cookies in your virtual Cookie Jar. From that point on, you may earn Cookies in the following two (2) ways:
 accept a Cookie from another player and that Cookie will be deposited into your Cookie Jar;
 share all of your Cookies in your Cookie Jar so your Cookie Jar is empty and you will receive a refill of six (6) Cookies into your Cookie Jar the next day.

Your Cookie Jar can be credited one refill of six (6) cookies per day, which will appear at approximately midnight, for your use that day.

Limit: Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per Ticket earned during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

On or about November 13, 2012, Administrator will hold three (3) drawings, and in each will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received for each respective Game Level during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) LEVEL 3 PRIZE: A check for $5,000, made out in the name of the winner (or, if winner is 18-20 years old and considered a minor in his/her state of residence, then to the winner’s parent or legal guardian). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

THIRTY (30) LEVEL 2 PRIZES: A $100 Spa Finder gift card. ARV: $100.

FIFTY (50) LEVEL 1 PRIZES: A $50 Williams Sonoma gift card. ARV: $50.

Total ARV of all prizes: $10,500. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
