my status finally changed to shipped on the website and a charge is pending on my credit card. this store really needs a better way of communicating with customers seeing that they have a useless customer service phone number which gives u a busy tone all the time and no one responds to email inquiries.

I had no idea! darn, my order was so close to $65 but since I already sub to Seventeen (for my tween sister) I didn't feel like I needed anything more. I should have thrown in a few $.50 lip glosses lol

I hate stumbling on something adorable, only to find it's not available in your size--everything cute that's left over is only available in a 'large'..

They goofed on my last order when there was a BOGO (one of my 'free' items was OOS but they charged me the same price regardless). Took me literally weeks to finally get in touch with someone who could refund me. The first time I got in touch with a rep on the phone, she said she'd do something but I later found out my call was never even logged .

I got my order today. Ordered the first time the deal came up and it took them a little over a week to process but once they sent me the shipment confirmation, it came fast Mine shipped fast only because it came from the same city I live in, Los Angeles. Two items didn't come (guessing they were OOS) but they didn't charge me for them AND they still gave me the free shipping even though my order was under $50 cuz of the OOS items. The quality is ehh... Some dresses are nicer than others but I have yet to try them on. Hopefully they all fit

Boy, their website stinks! Ordered 9/21, finally got shipping notification 9/30, and received today. 6 items did not ship, yet they don't update the order online. And somehow they are overcharging me $1, but since I can't see the order with the missing items off of it, I don't know how they came up with the amount they did...

Never again. Waited days for them to sort the overload of orders. Finally they shipped, but today I get an email saying one of the items was out of stock and didn't ship. After the package has been shipped??? That lone $3 hat that got shipped suddenly became $10. Awful service.

I agree about their notification service. I got my ordered shipped and received it, then the next day I get an email about the OOS items lol. Well, if you originally payed for shipping, then it's the item+shipping+tax. So I can see how a $3 hat went to $10, because you have to include the price of shipping and handling AND tax). Personally, other than it sucks that it's final sale, my order went smoothly and they didn't charge me for shipping even when I was under the $50 after some items became OOS, so I'm happy with my order.
