This facebook scam page is one of the oldest on facebook that's not letting up, but yet everyone still falls for their offers.
I can't imagine this lasting because eventually everyone will realize their items aren't arriving. If you message them, they do not reply. If you suggest they're fake you get blocked from posting. If you call the phone number the owner knows all about this and will tell you the facebook site is fake. The only thing on the facebook wall are fake offers, nothing about the business or menu of restaurant.
