Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to visit the set of Kick-Ass 2 (“Set Visit”) in Buckinghamshire, England during select dates (determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor) tentatively falling between October 15, 2012 and October 19, 2012 (but subject to change). The Grand Prize trip includes the following: (i) round-trip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (within the Eligibility Area) to a London, England (“London”) airport (“Airport”); (ii) R/T ground transfers between Airport and Hotel (defined below) and Hotel and Set Visit; (iii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in the London area; (iv) Set Visit for Grand Prize Winner and travel companion; (v) the opportunity (at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and subject to production schedule) for Grand Prize Winner to participate in a walk-on role (“Walk-on Role”) in the Picture; and (vi) a check in the amount of $250. Specific air carrier(s), Hotel, and all other elements of the Trip are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its designee(s). If for any reason Set Visit or Walk-on Role portions of the Grand Prize are canceled, rescheduled or delayed, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize (as detailed above) shall constitute the complete and total Grand Prize to be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or rescheduling of any element of the Grand Prize. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000.



The KICK-ASS 2 SUPERHERO COSTUME COMPETITION (“CONTEST”) IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (ELIGIBILITY AREA”), WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WITH A VALID PASSPORT IN GOOD STANDING AND WHOSE ENTRIES MEET THE ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW.
