The final price for Samsung Galaxy S III 16GB= $399.99 + (your tax)*549.99+ the monthly data plan if higher than needed until MIR arrives.
32GB model not eligible for MIR

Buy the phone for $150 down and be eligible for a $150 MIR. Pay the rest off in twenty- $20 installments. The tax on $549.99 is due when purchased.
Update Sept 29: If you choose 20 payments of $20 - there is a catch! The contract for that line will be reset. To avoid this, choose the option to pay off the $400 in one lump sum.

Who's eligible/conditions?

• New or existing Value plan T-Mobile Customers
• No prior MIR (Mail in rebate) within 20 months (need to verify exact time)
• Must upgrade to the $20 Unlimited data plan (switch back to lower data plan after visa gift card arrives). If you are on the 2GB data plan and that's sufficient, this will effectively increase the cost of the phone by $10 a month (until you switch back).

There is MIR for other phones, but I believe they are only $50. The real deal is for the SG S III. It is a rare opportunity for T-Mobile Value Plan Customers to get a handset at a significant discount!

The MIR will be in the form of a Visa Gift card. T-Mobile takes their time - may take 2+ months and you must be on the $20 or higher Unlimited data plan for that period of time.

The deal on online or in store. The difference? No shipping charge for in-store.
