T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S III 16GB - MIR+Value Plan Customers $400 + sales tax

Just wanted to shed light on my experience tonight in-store at T-mobile. I had called their corporate line, received all the details-$149 down payment for phone with matching mail-in rebate, $20 x 20 payments, $40/month for unlimited high speed data, talk text for additional line, only that line would have 2 year contract.

HOWEVER, when I went into the store, a different story unfolded. They gladly accepted the details, processed the information, then presented a contract to sign that only had 500 anytime minutes, was more expensive and extended the contract on ALL of the lines. I argued with them forever, they stated they had no record of my phone conservation in my account, to which I told them they could check the recorded line. I have had them to this in the past to confirm prices and they have always honored it. The manager was being an idiot and wouldn't agree to what I was quoted, so I threatened to walk out.

One and a half hours later, after talking to the loyalty department in the store, I walked out with the deal on the Galaxy S3 ($549-149 MIR with 20 payments), only 2 year contract on my new line, $10 monthly credit for TWO YEARS AND MY 15% GOVT DISCOUNT. Breaking down the price from the contract, the new line with unlimited high speed, talk and text will cost $30 including all taxes and fees. It was a huge pain but totally worth it in the end.
