Pretty quick response from customer service this afternoon after I asked to cancel my order b/c I wanted this thing for my next business trip which is coming up soon:

Caroline replied:
Dear Valued Customer,

I will try to cancel your order and if I am successful in doing so, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours.

Unfortunately not all orders are able to be canceled and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do not receive an email saying that your order has been canceled, you can refuse the package for a full refund.

Good luck to you! Here's hoping we all get our $ back. I read that there's sometimes a small delay before shipping, but over 10 days is just unreasonable!

I got the same stock response also from "Caroline." I opened a paypal dispute and expect a full refund. It's just one more hassle and a waste of my time.

I am willing to wait for it if I get it for the price we paid but the question is when will they ship? LOL if anyone gets any info please let us know!!!

I sent an email last Friday and still haven't received a reply. Maybe I'll get this keyboard by the time the iPad 4 comes out.

Just emailed them too after having still not gotten a shipping notice. Lame. If I can find one for the same price Id def cancel, but I might hang on a bit longer...
