What is going on with their website? I tried to hit "place the order" button but it kept giving me error. I then saw six pending charges of $196.41 on my AMEX What was a waste of time! I called the CS and they said something must have been wrong with my billing address. I rechecked and nothing was wrong.

You can return as many items you want, but they have to all be shipped back in the same package for it to be free.
