Ordered on 9/24 and received $25 credit back on 9/26. You should contact American Express for what's up. They have the best customer service rating. |

Instead of sending me a blue dress shirt, they see me a Toddler green T-shirt. I e-mailed and asked to be sent the correct item, but they said no even though the item is still available in my size online. I'm not sure why they won't send it to me.

got my order today however it was missing a T-shirt...I called to see what was up and they told me the shirt I had ordered and was in stock at the time became BACKORDERED all of a sudden..what the f...
The lady refunded my shipping ($7.95) and I picked out a different color over the phone with her..she honored the 40% off still and shipped it out 2nd day air...What a hasslehoff! |
