According to ls1_01: After checking with amex they said that even though a list of locations appeared it is valid at any best buy location including bestbuy.com as long as it's the offer running till 10/31.

Via the Amex website: Login to your card account at www.americanexpress.com [americanexpress.com]. Go into "Statement & Activity", "Recent Activity". On the right-hand side, under "Manage Your Tags", you should see an offer for "Best Buy" among others. Click on "Add To Card".

Or if using Foursquare: Search for the nearest Best Buy and checkin at that location to unlock special.
