And in case anyone's wondering, The g400 now that it's improved is probably the best gaming mouse out there.

Since it's optical and not laser, it has minimal liftoff distance, and that is a physical feature, and not a latency driven sensor reading. Which means the performance will be more consistent.

Indeed. No angle snapping and no acceleration though. Even though you could adjust the acceleration on the MX518. I'm waiting for this to hit $25 and I'll add it to my collection.
