Yes, ALL are already aware of Microcenter's long-standing promotions on CPU + motherboard combos, but the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H is advertised in their newspaper advertisement as $84.99, while their email blast, large in-store billboard posters all advertise it for $99.99. It rings up as $99.99. But pick up a newspaper advertisement from the front of the store and they will honor the $84.99 pricetag. That's an extra $15 savings! Btw, no rebates.
I'll probably get a lot of thumbs down on this, but this is a good deal for this particular motherboard for those in the market for a CPU + mobo deal.
