I sent amex amex for my amex blue card. they gave me a 25CR without problem. super fast response (within couple hrs)

I ordered online from a company I had used last SBS. However, every order I placed had backordered items. One charge posted to one of the cards yesterday for SEVEN dollars. I emailed them stating that my orders need to be charged in full to qualify. (They charged in full last time when I had a BO.) I don't know if it's possible for them to go back in and change the charges to my card now (to over $25 as ordered). I emailed them as they won't answer phone or online chat. I think I'm going to end up losing $75 in credits and having to pay ~$15 to return what they shipped.

I take my rant over amex back.
Here's what happened. I have citi amex fia amex amex blue i emailed them this morning about my legit small biz $25 that was charged to my blue account. They agreed to issue credit. asked them for support on my citi and fia cards. initially the guy said i need to contact the individual issuers, which was what i had expected. after exchanges of few messages he hinted he was able to offer me the 2x25 that hit my fia / citi amex cards. i dont think they have the ability to check and see if i actually possess those accounts as he had not asked for my card info+ billing info. just got word that he would give me add'l $50 CR to my amex blue account. This was totally UNEXPECTED!!!. |

Contacted AmEx care before I got my small business credits on both my cards, and they issued me an additional $25 credit to each card, and the SMS credits showed up as well. Bought $100 worth of stuff at a local nutrition store, got a $100 credit from Amex and a $50 gift card from the merchant! Thank you Amex!

I have two amex cards with no credit (purchased from a small convenience store here)
I am trying to email Amex, but everytime I click the CONTACT US link, it goes to an advertisement screen. Anyone can please point the steps to EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE from americanexpress.com? Which link do I use to email? |
