American Express Small Business Saturday coming November 24, 2012 same $25.00 statement credit

It worked fine for me this year but last year I didn't get it. I called in and they manually applied the credit, no problem.

I tried calling the 800-297-7500 number directly, but there's a recording that says the number is no longer in service. How weird. edit: looks like they make it sound like the number is disconnected if your card isn't an amex branded card. That way, you have to call the number on the back of your macy's card. For those who are curious, amex can't see any of the purchases on the macy's branded card, but they can issue a manual credit if an email address is corrrectly associated
with your amex card and the shop small promotion confirmation. they completely screwed up my card/email associations. So I'm trying to fix that on macy's end. I'm still stuck with no
credit on my macy's amex at this point. Probably going to have to just enjoy the whiskey I bought and forget about it.

This was a weird year for this small business promotion. Usually amex is on top of things.


The authorized user card i have never got the $25 credit. After a month and being patient, i contacted them. Turns out the purchase never posted until 11/25. That was the reason i never got it. They issued a courtesy credit.

Since it worked this year, next year I'll do a rinse and repeat and buy rebate items from the local Ace Hardware again.

Still missing two credits after they promised me they would be added to my account within a week, That was 12.14. Grrrr...

Send a message to: https://sync.americanexpress.com/...merService and they will take care of you in a day or two. Doesn't matter what AMEX card you used. Don't need to talk to Citi or Macy or Fidelity etc.

Thanks for that link yoyo2. I had forgotten about the $100 in credits I didn't get back from SBS. Using that form they were able to credit me all the money owed. Thanks!

Wow! SBS credit showed up unprompted for the card I used for CardCash! Lots of stress this year, but it looks like I've pulled ahead.

I got a surprise $25 credit from American express.

I did a grocery shopping from Publix after signing up for this offer. Later only I realized that it won't be qualified as the offer is for Publix Red Box purchases...

But today I found that they give a $25 credit for the small business offer.

I was skeptical about this working for gas (Sheetz was listed on the small business map), but I just got my $25 statement credit a few days ago. Better late than never.

I can't believe it. When I went to my accounts the credits were posted on 1.17.13.
