Which card has best low price guarantee?

I'm looking for a card that would refund me the difference if an item I buy today goes on sale in the future. What has been your experience in terms of delivering on their promises? I suspect there are 1000 details they can point to that would disqualify a sale item from price difference payouts.

Citi has a thing called "citi price rewind" where you can put in an item you bought and they track the price at major retailers, and if it goes lower than you can request a refund. ive never used it though

It was written in the terms that came with the welcome packet when they mailed me the card. Frankly, it surprised me because I never read it anywhere prior to applying for the card.
