Well I went to Midas to take advantage of this offer. I had a 12:30 appointment scheduled. They didn't take my car in until about 1PM. 2 hours later they finally finish my car and I was advised that my tires needed balanced. They took it upon themselves to do it without even asking me so I was charged an extra $28 + tax. Needless to say I will never go back to Midas again. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Are you kidding me?
