An open letter to the Living Proof community:

We owe you an apology.

As you may know, for the past couple of days, we have been running a special promotion on our Facebook page to give 10,000 deluxe samples of our brand new Prime Style Extender away to our Facebook fans. Our intention was to give away a batch of samples each day, with the program running for 6-8 weeks. That would give us time to get the samples into your hands, and in turn give you the opportunity to come back and share your Instagram and Facebook images on our Primed and Ready Gallery, showing the world how #primedandready you are.

We had no idea how enthusiastically you would respond (Would you believe that on Day 3, 1,000 samples were claimed in under 3 minutes?), and while we are thrilled that you are as excited about this product as we are, we are also very sorry that the experience of trying to claim the samples has been so frustrating for many of you. But the good news is, we've heard your concerns and are going to adjust the program to try and get as many samples as possible into your hands. Starting tomorrow, we will give away 1,000 samples each day, and we are increasing the giveaway from 10,000 to 25,000 samples. This one is a little weird so I will just list the terms - total of 10,000 given away, at least 150 per day at 9:00AM PT (today's giveaway is over)

1. Eligibility: Living Proof Primed and Ready Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.), thirteen (13) years old or older at the time of entry. Employees of Living Proof, Inc., Protagonist Brand Energy, ePrize, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Timing: Giveaway begins on September 25, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), ends on November 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Giveaway Period"), and consists of fifty-nine (59) daily giveaway periods (each a "Daily Giveaway") beginning at 9:00 a.m. PT each day during the Giveaway Period, except for the first day of the Giveaway Period which will begin at 12:00 p.m. PT. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Giveaway subject to end sooner than the stated end date in the event that ten thousand (10,000) Offers (as defined below) are awarded prior to the stated end date, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

3. How to Receive Offer: During the Giveaway Period, visit the Living Proof Facebook page at www.facebook.com/livingproofinc (the "Site") and follow the links and instructions to register for the Giveaway. The first one hundred fifty (150) people each Daily Giveaway to successfully register will receive a Living Proof deluxe sample (the "Offer"). Sponsor may elect to award any number at or between one hundred fifty (150) and one thousand (1,000) Offers per Daily Giveaway as determined in its sole discretion. Limit: Each participant may receive one (1) Offer. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Offer by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's Offer and that participant may be disqualified. The Offer will be fulfilled within 8 – 10 weeks following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.
