Borderlands 2 Steam Key $16.83 from CDDiski - accepting Paypal again, but keys now need VPN activation

Update 10/10 - They are now accepting Paypal payment again, but not at checkout. To purchase, checkout, but as payment method, select "Non cash, Bank Transfer". When doing this you will not make payment, but will receive an order number. Include your order number in your paypal send payment to migele79@mail.ru. Also note that as of today, keys won't just avtivate as they did below, you'll need to activate via VPN. I just purchased this for myself, took about 40 minutes for the key to come through. Please don't just take my word for it though, many people purchased a key for Civilization V Gods & Kings from there in a previous deal and didn't have any issues, save for a small delay while key was sent. Lots of satisfied buyers in this thread already too.

If you want to pay via Paypal, you will need to go through checkout, then you'll reach a screen saying to pay directly through paypal, quoting an order number. You then post on their support forum and they'll reply when they've completed your order with "Done". This (support forum) step is optional, but they say it will speed things up.

You will receive a key from the same region as urlhasbeenblocked.com are selling, except you will be paying $5.50 less.

The emails they send are in Russian. I'd suggest using an email provider, in my case it was hotmail, who will offer to translate the email for you. You should get a few emails, basically order placed, order changed, order processed. If you don't have an email provider or browser that will translate, look out for the email with the subject:

"Заказ обработан CDDISKI‏" - I've attached thumbnails of both the delivery email in its original form, and the hotmail translated version.
This contains the link to your key. I attached a Thumbnail below of what you'll receive (obviously I've blocked my key out!). I'd advise activating it immediately once you receive it.

When activating on Steam, when it asks if you want to install, you'll be offered Borderlands 2 or Borderlands 2 RU.
