If you're lazy, prices are below also.
$175 for a 3 Day Park Hopper is INSANE!!

Disneyland is basically giving some rediculous prices for a convention they have going on. From what it looks like you can buy up to 8 tickets of any type of ticket you'd like: twilight, 1 day one park, 3 day park hopper, etc. You just need to choose what you want and log out. My friend has already purchased 8- 3 day park hopper tickets.

It looks like the only black-out dates are Dec 21- 31, but I also heard something about them having to be used in October. I haven't been able to read anything about that since though. It seems like these work like normal multiple day tickets, they expire 14 days after your first use.

I'm pretty sure Disneyland doesn't even offer Twilight tickets anymore, so this is a great option if your family can't afford it. $60 for an adult ticket is absurd, and you can still rush around.

Ok I think I figured this out

First for people who need tickets for between Oct 13th through Oct 26th
http://www.disneyconventionear.com/ZMNJ12B

Steps:
1. Go to convention center calendar http://www.anaheimconventioncente...endar.aspx and find event during the time your going.

2. Go to google and type the name of the event in with the keywords disneyland tickets

3. Find the site with the links to those tickets.

4. To double check the valid dates look within the link address and find the code similar to ZMNJ12B and then type in http://www.disneyconventionear.com/ZMNJ12B but replace my code for your code.

5. You will then be brought back to the main page and it will show you the welcome message and the dates the tickets are valid.

6. Have a great day at Disneyland!

Edit:

Just bought my tickets and got them delivered through email and they make no mention of convention tickets, and they say expire 13th days after the first day there valid tickets.
Thanks a lot! I'll be going on the 19th - this is the perfect deal!

I called the Disney ticket customer service line and told them I was purchasing convention tickets for myself and family members.

I asked if the family members needed convention ID if they enter the park without me using the printed online e-tickets (since family members generally would not be carrying convention ID unless they were actively participating in that convention).

I asked if I needed convention ID when using the same tickets when I entered the park.

The CSR stated absolutely no convention ID is needed and no questions are asked. She stated that we would be issued standard Disney tickets when the printed e-tickets were presented at the gate.

I purchased the e-tickets from the Parks and Rec link previously posted in this thread, the ticket does not say anything about being a "convention ticket" and there is no mention of the Parks and Rec or any other indication that it is not a "normal" ticket. The e-ticket states "EXPIRES THIRTEEN (13) DAYS AFTER: 10/13/2012

If anyone here has questions, I would recommend calling the Disney ticket line found at the "contact us" on the ticket website. It only took a minute or so to connect with a CSR.

You can go to Disneyland and Disneyworld and get in for free. Just get a Mickey (or Minnie) mouse costume, rub a few rugrats heads upon walking in, and they just let you in.. then straight to the locker area, take off costume put it in a locker.. Repeat...

No, I used the option to have them mailed to me, so they are regular disney tickets but with the specific date clause stamped on them.
Do they say anything about the convention on them?

The guy who was checking the ticket's asked for what convention they belong to and then our friends said the convention name(National Sign Language Convention). Unfortunately the convention was over(the conventions are usually for 2-3 days) by then and they have asked to present present the convention id or get the person on the phone who were suppose to be at the convention. As you know they saw a post like this and they ended up getting into trouble. The moment they scan the ticket, even though the price is not printed on the ticket, they know what kind of a ticket it is based on the price you paid. I would suggest not take a chance in front of you kids getting into a weird situation. Its not worth it.

I saw the tickets and it doesn't say anything. But the folks who is scanning ticket will be able to see how much you paid and they easily identify the tickets in that way.

Going to visit Disneyland last weekend of October, and saw that the Produce Marketers Association is having a convention the same weekend. Found the convention ticket purchase page. Still trying to decide if I'll buy from there

I'm not sure if I believe christine935 either. I have never heard of that happening to anyone that has used a convention ticket. Thanks mrawesomepants for your link! That is a huge help. I am trying to use your Steps for purchasing on November 15, but I haven't been able to find any tickets yet. Does anyone have a link for tickets in mid November? It would be great if we can all add links to the wiki section for the dates we do end up finding to help each other!
