Kohl’s has Bulova Precisionist watches on sale for $149.99 + 30% + kohl’s cash.
Some of the deals are better than others, just depends on the watch.

Still I think Bulova design is superior to seiko by virtue of legacy if nothing else.

It's like they'll stamp their name on any cheap watch. Yes, I think there might still be some high-end watches, but there are quite a few low-end watches that are Bulova.

I have a Bulova, they have been owned by Citizen for several years but still make fantastic watches. Be warned though, they don't have any lume so reading at night can be a challenge. The 127, 128, and 129 are $125-135 at Amazon. The others are quite a bit more, so this is a pretty decent deal.

If you don't want to sign up for Kohls' store card, shop through the Chase Ultimate Rewards mall with a Freedom card and get 10% cash back (15% starting 10/1).

What makes these special is the sweeping second hand on a quartz watch. The easiest way to tell if someone is wearing a quartz or mechanical watch is by looking at the second hand. The second hand of a quartz watch jumps, but the second hand of a mechanical watch sweeps smoothly (actually it makes several small jumps per second). Bulova Precisionist is one of the rare exceptions.

<$100 net is a steal for these.
